Return & Shipping Policy

Returns/Refunds

We strive to make sure that what you see is what you get. Much goes into creating and cultivating our products so we offer No Returns unless the product has arrived damaged.

If your product has arrived damaged, please provide a photograph of the damage and email it to us at yanamariesjewels@gmail.com with the subject: "claim",  no more than 3 days after receiving it. The damage will be reviewed and you will receive your choice of a refund or store credit.

In certain cases, we also hold the right to deny your claim.

Domestic Shipping:

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS in 2-5 business days. (Due to COVID 19 please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order)

Please Note: The delivery timeframes do not include the production time mentioned above and only cover time in transit. If your order is time sensitive, please email us so we can further assist, if possible.
